Sky Vegas Hosts ‘The Household Games’ at THG Studios in Manchester

On April 29th, Sky Vegas held a thrilling gameshow event at THG Studios in Manchester, known as ‘The Household Games,’ to celebrate the launch of its new brand platform. This exciting competition featured members of the public engaging in five rounds of games, each putting a competitive spin on everyday activities. Contestants battled it out for a chance to win a generous £10,000 ($12,700) prize, awarded to the fastest participants across the rounds.

The games showcased in the competition included ‘Pathway Peril,’ where contestants navigated a garden scenario while dodging obstacles akin to sidestepping cracks in the pavement. ‘Don’t Stop ‘Til You Unpack The Shop’ saw teams racing to unpack a shopping bag and place items correctly in a kitchen setup as quickly as possible. In ‘Top Bins,’ contestants in an office setting aimed to throw paper into multiple bin-like objects, while ‘Beat The Beep’ challenged participants to open a microwave door within 60 seconds before a countdown concluded.

The grand finale, ‘Household Hustle,’ was a relay round that guided contestants through a house scene filled with mini-games in each room. Tasks included pairing socks against a timer and finding the correct remote control among many to turn on the TV.

Sky Vegas is set to share highlights from The Household Games on its social media platforms starting in mid-June. The event will also be featured on popular platforms like Ladbible and Oddsbible, expanding its reach and engagement among viewers.

In other exciting news, Sky Vegas recently announced a partnership with ITV for a new reality TV show titled ‘The Fortune Hotel.’ The series will follow contestants working in pairs at a luxury resort as they strive to win a briefcase filled with money, promising viewers an entertaining and suspenseful viewing experience.
