Experts at the SiGMA Manila tradeshow in the Philippines have emphasized the lack of true examples of successful omnichannel gaming in the industry. Kurt Quartier, President of Tyche Gaming International, and Joe Pisano, CEO of Jade Group, agreed that while there is much discussion on the benefits of omnichannel, actual implementations are scarce.

During the panel discussion, Quartier and Pisano highlighted the importance of integrating all aspects of gaming, such as wallets and slots, for a truly seamless omnichannel experience. They also pointed out that online gaming can complement land-based casinos, rather than compete with them.

Angel Sueiro, COO of PH Resorts, emphasized that iGaming presents an opportunity for growth, rather than cannibalization of traditional casinos. Pisano cited Caesars as a prime example of how online gaming can drive foot traffic to brick-and-mortar establishments.

Despite the potential for omnichannel gaming, the panelists, including Yo-Sien Low of Moloco Singapore, agreed that the industry still has a long way to go in fully implementing this concept. They noted that popular online games are often based on traditional land-based games, indicating a gradual shift towards omnichannel integration.
